Before your trip
Fishing License:
Before your outing please make sure you have a valid Wisconsin fishing license with you. If you need to purchase a license you can purchase one here https://dnr.wisconsin.gov/topic/Fishing/outreach/FishingLicenses
Dress:
I will be in touch with you before our outing to give you a heads up on the forecast. Dress for the upcoming weather (*be aware not all weather forecasts are correct) so be pre-pared if the weather its hot or cool make sure to bring proper clothing, eye and skin protection.
Items to bring on your trip:
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses
- Hat
- Rain gear
- Warm cloths (spring or fall)
- Camera/phone
- Personal Meds
What not to bring:
- Illegal drugs of any kind. Please do not put me your guide at risk.
- Hard liquor
- Peanuts in shells
Day of your trip
Meeting Location
I will be in contact with you by phone or email and I’ll determine which direction you’ll be coming from. I’ll be picking an easy location for us to meet at, such as the parking lot of a box store or I may send you a drop pin from Google Maps. With the drop pin you’ll get directions to our meeting location, and I’ll meet you there.
Equipment:
Forcier’s Fishing Guide Service, LLC can provide you with St. Croix fishing rods and tackle for your musky or walleye outing. You are welcome to bring your own fishing rod(s) and small tackle box of any of your confidence musky lures.
Photos/Camera:
I will be happy to take photos with your camera, but I too will be taking photos with my camera of your catch. If you choose to just let me, take the photos, I will be happy to email you all the photos. Forcier’s Fishing Guide Service, LLC reserves the right to use any or all the photos taken for promotional use.

Forcier’s Fishing Guide Service, LLC operates as a professional fishing charter. When requestion a fishing trip with me, I ask that you please have your requested date(s) and one to two optional date(s) due to already having a scheduled outing or I may have personal plans scheduled.
Below is our booking and cancellation policy. This policy reflects the rights of Forcier’s Fishing Guide Service, LLC and applies to all fishing trips. I understand that unforeseen situations may arise beyond control which sometimes affect your outing. I believe in a fair approach to cancellations. The cancellation policy is such that it both protects the livelihoods of myself if a scheduled guide trip was cancelled, and in some situations, it allows deposits from cancelled trip(s) to be applied toward a future trip(s).
Only I can cancel your guided trip within 24 hours of your scheduled trip date due to weather or mechanical breakdown without forfeiture of trip deposit.
Bookings and Cancellations Policy
- A $100 deposit is due upon date selection (I accept payments by check and PayPal)
- If you cancel your guide trip(s) due to unforeseen situations your deposit will not be refunded. Your deposit will be applied to rescheduling a new date/day
- In the event of a no show for scheduled outing, the result is forfeiture of deposit
Dangerous Weather Policy
If the weather on the date of the trip is dangerous, which includes thunder, lightning, dangerous water levels or other life-threatening circumstances, you can reschedule your trip for a later date. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date
